One wouldn't want to be a prophet of doom but it is only real that if you don't adapt, you die. lt is unfortunate that many highly educated leaders, even after being confronted with truth, have grown adamant and refused to change for the better. Do not allow your attachment to tradition hinder your progress as a leader. Turn the page and discover endless possibilities. History cannot be rewritten but the story of the future is within your power to write. lf you want to become a change agent and remain relevant, be prepared to change first. The effective leader realizes that the best contribution they can make to an organization is to change first. Change that starts within the leader is more effective and long lasting than one that starts outside. An egg that is broken from within ushers to the world a new life. This entails growth and progress to the future. lf the same egg is broken from without, the result is catastrophic. Even an atomic bomb implodes first before it explodes.
