Every crisis requires a type of leadership that is FEARLESS. Did you know that an eagle knows when a storm is approaching long before it breaks? This bird has eyes that are open and ears that are sensitive to the goings on before a major change. lnterestingly, whilst the other small birds and animals are clueless of the impending danger, the eagle will fly to some high spot and wait for the winds to come. This constitutes readying oneself for the storm. When the storm hits, the eagle opens its wings so that the wind will pick it up and lift it above the storm.
